Lumiere crashed?

Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements › Analytics Data.
Find entries starting with “Lumiere”.
Tap one, use the Share button and attach it to your email.

Apple Watch not connecting?

Lumiere has to be open on your iPhone, and both devices need Bluetooth on. If the watch shows “Open Lumiere on iPhone”, bring the camera to the foreground and wait a second.
